As a Diamond Sponsor of the 2024 SHRM conference, Paylocity wanted a brand awareness video to screen theatrically before headline entertainer Kelly Clarkson’s show, plus a :30 broadcast cutdown. Running with the creative concept of kids answering questions about HR, we framed the kids as “Experts in Simplicity”, which echoed Paylocity’s brand identity as experts in simple HR solutions. The commercial took on more scope and comedy by situating kids as prestigious “expert consultants” taking over Paylocity HQ in Chicago.
